Full Official Rules: Chex Mix Summer Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility: The Chex Mix Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who, at the time and date of entry, are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older [or nineteen (19) for residents of AL and NE and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi] (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of 7-ELEVEN, Inc. (“Promotional Participant”), Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc. (“Administrator”), General Mills Sales, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor, Administrator and Promotional Participant the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family (i.e., spouse, parents, grandparents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children, grandchildren and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (i.e., people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not) of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 25, 2025 and ends on at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for purposes of this Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, scan the QR Code available on point-of-sale materials at your local 7-Eleven, Speedway, or Stripes store location and follow the link, or visit www.ChexMixSummerSweeps.com (“Promotion Site”) and follow the links and instructions to accurately complete and submit the registration form, including your first and last name (initials are not sufficient), email address, and home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted). Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All online entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2025 to be included in the random drawing. Limit: Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes through the Promotion Site one (1) time per day during the Sweepstakes Period. There are also two (2) ways to receive “bonus” Sweepstakes entries, as follows:

   Purchase one (1) Qualifying Product (defined below) Using Your 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards Account and Enter Information on the Promotion Site: During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase at least one (1) bag of Qualifying Product (see Qualifying Products list below) (a “Qualifying Purchase”) using your 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards account, while supplies last. Online purchases are not eligible. Then scan the QR Code available on pointof-sale materials at your local 7-Eleven, Speedway, or Stripes store location and follow the link, or visit www.chexmixsummersweeps.com and follow the links and instructions to accurately complete and submit the registration form in its entirety, including providing your first and last name (initials are not sufficient), email address, home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards Member ID, and purchase details. Once your information has been reviewed and approved, you will automatically receive ten (10) bonus Sweepstakes entries. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Sweepstakes. All entries via this method of entry must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2025, to be included in the random drawing. Limit of ten (10) bonus entries through the Qualifying Purchase method of entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

   Mail-in Alternate Method: To enter without making a Qualifying Purchase, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, date of birth, and 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards Member ID on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “2025 Chex Mix Summer Sweepstakes” Dept S9429 PO Box 4006 Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4006. You will receive ten (10) bonus Sweepstakes entries for one 3x5 card submitted. Limit: ten (10) bonus entries per day for the mail-in method of entry. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by August 24, 2025, and received by August 31, 2025. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for postage-due entries. All mailed entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

   All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Limit: Each entrant may receive a maximum of ten (10) total bonus entries into the Sweepstakes per day during the Sweepstakes Period for either making a purchase and submitting your purchase information online or sending in a mail-in, as outlined above.

   Sponsor is not responsible for late, delayed or other technical difficulties associated with submitting an entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result in the entrant being disqualified. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. All materials submitted become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with the entry or social media account for the domain associated with the submitted address provided that person is eligible. Winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. Registered account holder is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. The Sweepstakes Entities may run multiple campaigns, contests, sweepstakes or other promotions simultaneously. Entry into one (1) campaign, contest or sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other.

4. Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize and seven hundred eleven (711) First Prize winners will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period, to be conducted by Administrator, to occur on or about September 1, 2025. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners will be notified by email on or about the day of the random drawing. The potential winners must respond to the winner notification email within 5 days of time sent or will forfeit their right to the prize and the prize may then be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and time permitting. Potential First Prize winners must respond to the winner notification by providing their mailing address to receive their First Prize. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively, “Prize Release”) within seven (7) days of issuance, or Grand Prize will be forfeit (at Sponsor’s sole discretion), and awarded to an alternate winner. Potential Grand Prize winner will also be required to execute and return an IRS Form W-9 (and will receive a subsequent 1099 IRS Form for the actual retail value of the prize) along with the Prize Release and any other documentation that Sponsor may require and return it by the date specified by Sponsor in the notification, or Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety and another potential Grand Prize winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

   THE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND ANY FIRST PRIZE WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR AND SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

   PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) “Grand Prize” - $50,000.00 USD, awarded in the form of a check to Grand Prize winner. ARV: $50,000.00. Seven Hundred Eleven (711) “First Prizes” - $100.00 USD, awarded in the form of a check to the First Prize winners. ARV: $100.00. Total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is: $121,100.00.

   General Prize Conditions and Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner(s) may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the prize(s) will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of winner(s) for the actual value of the prize(s) received. No substitutions of prize, except Sponsor may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change and prize provider’s rules and restrictions. Unclaimed prize(s) will be forfeited. Prize(s), if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and the Sweepstakes Entities will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. No more than the stated prize(s) will be awarded. Limit of one (1) prize per person.

5. Entry Conditions and Release: Subject to applicable law, winner(s) irrevocably grant the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their licensees, and its and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration, except for the awarding of the prize(s) to the winner(s). By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.

6. General Conditions: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage may be disqualified. Additionally, any attempt to cheat the Sweepstakes, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of the entrant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OR APPLICATION) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify (or terminate the prize of) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Grand Prizes in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover prize at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, game plays, and/or prizes claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

7. Limitations of Liability: The Sweepstakes Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, game plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, game plays or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

8. Disputes/Governing Law: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of Minnesota under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Minnesota state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Minnesota law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Minnesota, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Minnesota; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota.

9. Data Collection & Privacy: Information collected from entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at www.chexmixsummersweeps.com.

10. Winners List: For the list of Winner’s names, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winners List, Chex Mix Summer Sweepstakes Winners, P.O. Box 4006-S9429, Grand Rapids, MN, 55744, to be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 7, 2026

11. Miscellaneous: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize Release will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Prize Release is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or application and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
